The correct repair method of vacuum gear oil pump

From the motor to the pump head, the fluid direction is left in and right out. The vacuum gear pump has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, compact structure, stable performance, low tooth pulsation impact value, small running vibration, low noise, safe and reliable, easy maintenance and so on.

Vacuum gear pump is a mechanical method to make the studio of the pump continuously increase or decrease, when the volume of the studio becomes the smallest, that is, it is connected with the inlet pipe of the vacuum pump, so the gas enters the gradually larger studio space; When the volume of the studio is expanded, it is separated from the intake pipe, so that the volume valve is opened and the compressed gas is discharged through the oil layer. The contents of the pump chamber are continuously expanded and compressed to complete the suction and exhaust process, so that the gas in the container is gradually discharged to reach the required vacuum degree. When the vacuum pump is running, with the rotation of the rotor in the pump chamber, the slide vane or the slide valve ring on the eccentric wheel in the two longitudinal slots on the rotor slide close to the inner wall of the stator slide, the rotor, the slide vane and the inner wall of the stator will inevitably rely on the lubricity of the oil to avoid the abrasion of the friction pair material, the use of the oil to isolate the atmosphere, and take away the heat generated by friction. Therefore, the vacuum gear oil pump is responsible for lubrication, sealing, and cooling in the pump body.

Repair after the wear of the drive shaft and bushing of the vacuum gear pump: After the wear of the drive shaft and bushing of the vacuum gear pump, the matching gap increases, which will affect the amount of pump oil. In this case, the normal fit gap can be restored by repairing the drive shaft or bushing. If the drive shaft is slightly worn, just press out the old bushing and replace it with a standard size bushing, and the matching gap can be restored to the allowable range. If the drive shaft and the bushing wear seriously and the matching gap seriously exceed the standard, not only the bushing should be replaced, but also the drive shaft should be chrome plated or vibration surfacing welding method to increase its diameter, and then ground to the standard size to restore the matching requirements with the bushing.  

Installation, operation and precautions:

Installation:

1. If the pump shaft is connected with the motor, the elastic coupling should be used, and the concentricity should be within 0.1mm, and the hand-rotating coupling should not be too tight or uneven in weight.

2. If the pump shaft is connected with the hole, the gap between the pump shaft and the hole should be between 0.02 and 0.03mm, so as not to force the pump shaft to stick.

3. The inlet pipe diameter of the pump shall not be less than or greater than the inlet diameter of the pump, the inlet pipe design shall be as short as possible, the curve shall be as few as possible, and the outlet pipe diameter shall not be less than 3/4 of the inlet pipe diameter. The inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned with high pressure oil before installation, there should be no hard particles of debris, the filter should be installed in the inlet pipe, the flow of the filter should be twice the flow of the pump, and all the joints of the inlet pipe part should be sealed reliably and no air leakage
